A look at the varied situations in which the members of yogalila practice their yoga:
Jane's attic space:
I workout and do yoga in my attic. That's Erich Schiffmann on the TV. Other than the hot/cold issues, its a very pretty,
pleasant space. (Except when I was getting splinters in my butt trying to do Felicity Green's handstand in the doorway thing.)
Sophie's "anytime, anywhere" space:

I do yoga all over my house, trying to avoid people. For most of the year, actually, I've been doing yoga in my bedroom,
because I really like the space there, and I haven't been using videos
or DVD's. It's been either my own practice or the occasional audio.
However, now that I'm doing the switch to morning, I've been using the playroom so that I don't wake Tim. (Plus, a spouse shuffling to the bathroom to start his morning routine is not really conducive to the meditative atmosphere).
Danielle's dining room space:
When I practice my own yoga I usually use the dining room. Oh, and
wherever I practice it always involves moving furniture and taking
pictures down from the wall. I keep my thick black mat upstairs in my
bedroom with a blanket and strap. In the corner of the dining room, I
have a bin that has inside 2 mats, 5 blocks, 3 blankets, straps, etc.
