waiting for me to post. I got a little busy, I got a little lazy, and truthfully, I was enjoying my nice simple breathing practice and was procrastinating on starting into "real" pranayama. Which for me means those types of breathing exercises that have traditionally been taught in the Iyengar classes I attended for years. I admit there's a bit of a resistance there because those classes have either been great or yucky for me,with no middle ground. And probably more yucky ones than great ones. So I am just going to hang out here in my happy place, and wait for the next tele-class with François Raoult where I am hoping his insight into ujjayi and viloma will help me get over this mental block.
