Drawing has been part of my yoga practice for a long time now (see article Sophie and I did a while back). Over the years the drawings have become more layered and more involving (for me). What started as a way to warm up for yoga and for making art has become an intrinsic part of my work, and the drawings are posted on my sketchblog and now some of them are finding their way here.
Anatomical studies fascinate me and help me to understand how the body works and holds itself up. I draw everything around me though -- draw for peace of mind, draw for linking myself to the outer world, the inner world...well, for whatever reason, I draw.
